Wow! Coming home has really been a let down and the reverse culture shock leaves me perplexed. I didn't think it would be a problem for me because I wasn't gone that long but I was wrong.

In other news, the guy I was seeing before I left picked me up at the airport Monday. I spent the night with him and then he tells me the next morning that he doesn't want a relationship. I can't believe I spent eight months pinning away for him and he blows me off like so much fluff.

I’m still looking forward to my Mexico vacation. Maybe it will help give me some perspective on everything.
